At Prototype, we offer a Sourcing and Procurement Service that leverages our vast network of manufacturing contacts to source and create custom products tailored to our clients’ needs. Whether it’s apparel, accessories, or specialty items, we conduct a thorough search to discover the ideal supplier resources and materials, ensuring the highest quality and cost-effectiveness.
Once the product concept is developed in collaboration with the client, we manage the entire manufacturing process—from initial production runs to final quality control. Our team supervises every stage, ensuring that the product meets all specifications and standards. We also provide design assistance for custom packaging and packing options, creating a cohesive brand experience from product to presentation.
This full-service approach simplifies the complexities of sourcing and procurement, putting high-quality, market-ready products into the hands of our clients without the stress of managing multiple supply chain components.
The sourcing & procurement fee is divided into 2 parts:
- $800 is applied toward services provided by our team. (up to 16 hrs in allotted time)
- $800 is held in retainer and will be applied toward material purchases, shipping, sample & mold fees, and other various charges that may be incurred during the project.
Any remaining balance on your retainer may be applied toward manufacturing or other future services!
